To say that time flies is an understatement!
When I started this company a little more than 5 years ago (Jan 1st, 2014), I had a vision of creating a homecare agency that provided a very high level of personal attention while maintaining a best practice approach to operations. Having come from the highly regulated medical and therapeutics industry, it was how it was done. California had yet to establish the directives for licensing home care agencies, but I knew that we were on a good footing from day one and we came through licensing and auditing without any delays or citations.
Thank you to all our families who have trusted us with the care of your loved ones. Thank you to all our referral partners for your confidence in our ability to deliver for you and your clients. Lastly, thank you to all our caregiver employees who over the years have represented us so well to the community and have taken care of our clients with compassion, dedication, and skill.
I will have some news to share soon regarding some very exciting developments in the direction and trajectory of Optimal Senior Care Solutions.
Looking forward to the next 5 years! Stay tuned!
