  • Strength Training: Strength training can be done by anyone, even if you’re on a wheelchair. In such circumstances, it is often recommended that you incorporate exercises that are designed to target your upper body strength into your workout regime. For people who have upper body mobility issues, opting for exercises targeting lower body can prove to be highly useful. Using weights to build muscle mass or bone mass can help increase strength and reduce falls.
